On a Roll....

Finally it would appear that my MOJO is back, I actually managed to finish two layouts last night.   My first one is for the March Sketch Challenge over at Paper Stories, again using this gorgeous sketch from Page Drafts.  The base of the sketch is there but I did change it a little, I placed the photo landscape as opposed to portrait, and I the photo which I had chosen didn't quiet suit cutting it in three, I also did add the banner.  Absolutely loving this colour scheme at the moment, as well as the simplicity style of scrapping.  Funny whenever my MOJO goes, when I get back into scrapping I always go quite plain, and neat.

So here is the Sketch.

A couple of close up shots of the embellies... don;t you just love those SC Photo Frames which I got in this month's Crazy Monday Kits....

With this layout finished, I thought another layout using the same colour scheme and left over papers would go well with some of other photo's from the same day, so it's sort of like a double page in my album.  Instead of using a pink Washi tape, I decided to use a red star one to go with the colours in the photo.

and of course a couple of close ups...

so glad my MOJO is back, I start to get quite irritated when I don't scrap, it's sort of my release and relaxing time for myself.

  2. I love the way you've used a frame instead of cutting the photo, I found it difficult to do but with the right photo it can be done. Love the happy feel of the second page and the colours are amazing.
