I used the middle row, Polka Dots, Fibres and Vellum and this is what I created.
I created the polka dots by tracing around several different circle shapes lightly with a pencil. I then chose my colours and started painting inside the circles making sure I have lots of water and held the cardstock upwards to make it drip. If it doesn't drip the way you want it to blow hard towards the water and it will spread like a splatter.
Once the paint had dried I took different size circle shaped items (like a plastic cup and an empty toilet paper roll) and added some black paint which I had watered down and stamped over the painted circles.
To add some more interest with circles I added some Glitz Rhinestones to my layout. I've also added some black old rubons just randomly to add some black into the layout.
So there you go, hope you have a go at the challenge and look forward to seeing what you have created.
You have until February 28th to upload your layout, and if you need some more inspiration go and check out the design team's layout on the blog, they are fabulous.
TFL & Happy Scrapping.
